Bit of both really Si, some can't be seen others are obvious in a different sort of way. I don't do anything common. Grin

It is BMW (I'm ashamed to admit, ha ha) sparkling graphite grey, looks the bees bollocks in the sunlight, has a few cracks in due to the fibreglass as usual, but good paint for a trackbike.

Pleased with it. Grin

I hadn't realised it was destined for the track but looks the biz and stealthy which should make you stand out from all the blue/white gixxers Im sure frequent track days (or races) Thumbs Up

Guess we'll just have to wait and see if it gets stickers or stays as it is think

That was always my intention Si, not many more years to do this sort of stuff sadly, so want to get some more in before I can't do it anymore. That's not to say I have anything that's gonna kill me off, just being realistic about age and lifespan. smile

I've got some graphics in mind, nothing too in ya face just something to contrast. I needed the kit on the bike to be able to progress with it, then I need to order the graphics/material.
I am still awaiting the rear shock and a set of rearsets, all paid for just not yet in my possession, the its new tyres then pedal it round a circuit somewhere for a try out. smile

The thing about the K3 is it's a big bike, so it suits my frame and plenty fast enough to have some fun on.

This bike is all but finished now, I cancelled the order for the rear shock, I waited 7 weeks for it, was being fed a bullshit line everytime I chased it up, so I told them to stick it and cancelled it.

Another order going into Maxton for it instead now, not going anywhere near a track without a new rear shock on it. smile

I haven't had ny success with graphics, so gonna leave it as it is for the time being, pleased with how it looks now though.

The ZZR has been out a few times last week and this week to and from work, nice to get out and about on it, still makes me smile for an old bird, fast enough to jail you. Wink

Good to hear it's all but finished Thumbs Up

Nice move on the shock Thumbs Up , why do suppliers think they can just spin bullshit after bullshit and everyone will fall for it, really boils my piss that attitude.
As for the graphics why bother, it will go just as fast without Wink

Thanks chaps. Thumbs Up

I like the look as it is, something will go on it eventually, I'll find something.

Hoping to get a picture in the sun today, I'd like to see the paint in bright sunlight. smile

Yes, who decided on purple. smile

Shocks were a bit limited for this bike unless you wanted to pay half the bikes worth on one., this was only a third. Laugh

I'm stripping the forks again this weekend, as the cartridges are going off to Maxton next week for a fettle. Still got a couple of things I'd like to do to the bike, before it goes to Spain in September. smile
