So I've been a little busy lately.

Bought these two last Saturday.

You say it's an import... any chance it originally came from Germany or Italy? think

It used to be a pretty big business down here: old Prius still go absolutely silly money because they were in such high demand in The Netherlands.

Yeah, the bike is Italian.

Thing is the "New market" is relatively small here so if you only based your 2nd hand sales on trade-in bikes there wouldn't be enough to go around.

The car isn't an import though.

Nah not a lotto winner. The Mrs has a great job at Netflix, her bonus basically paid for the car.
The Bike is from savings.

Both look good and with the Focus, always worth holding out for a top spec (Titamium) model over more basic models as they tend not to cost much more when used.

Things looking up WD Thumbs Up

Very true. The specs on the care are basically everything except the alloys.

The park assist is weird though. The car basically drives itself.

Not having the bike yet is doing my head in now. Really need them to have it ready by this weekend.

I've also ordered some now tyres for both.

Some Diablo Rosso 3's for the R1 and some Dunlop Sport BluResponse for the Focus.

The R1 front is ok, I think (same as the new one), so I might leave that on and keep the new front till I really need it. Can't really remember how much tread it has so I got one just in case.
On the rear, it has a Pirelli Angel GT, a sport touring tyre. And it's a little (quite) squared off. Still has a decent tread on it but its also a 180/55
Stock the R1 has a 190/50 I normally prefer a 55 myself but with the hugger I wasn't quite sure it would fit.

I'm umming and ahing if I'll have it changed when I pick-up the bike or ride home on the old rubber. It is about a 100mile journey on mostly motorways, so It might be worth putting those on the old rubber.

The Focus is on winter rubber, so no further explanation needed there.
