Hi all,i have a mate who lives in Bulgaria,he has,,,had a Gmail address,
now it wont let him in,he's put in the correct password,he's also put
in the correct confirmation number they sent him,and it keeps binning
him off,he's not techno minded,so any help would be appreciated think
If its a PITA dont worry about it at all ok

no idea mate, usually it'd be best to do the forgotten password option and see what that brings, either security questions or perhaps a text to mobile then reset

Also worth trying a second browser as it could be his cookies on his normal browser are messed up

Strangely enough I've been setting up a mate's new Samsung phone today,( talk about the blind leading the blind Laugh ) and that required his gmail info which he didn't remember. I went for the forgot info option and got a number via text to enter but before I had chance to input it the phone asked me to create a new password. That took a couple of attempts as it kept telling me the passwords didn't match (probably bloke fingers problem) but it eventually accepted it and everything worked fine from then on.

This probably doesn't help you but I'm afraid it's my best shot Thumbs Up
