I know its a different scheme, but gives an idea of what white wheels look like on the Bladeindex.php?t=getfile&id=18390&private=0

My Blade was in Rothmans colours, I sprayed the wheels white, looked far better than the original black.

3 spoke wheels in white really modernize the blade i reckon.
I have fitted them every blade i have had.....unless it had 3 spoke wheels as standard lol.

Hi All,

As it was a nice day, thouight I'd do a job i've been putting off ! - Start repairing dent in side of orig fuel tank.

Although I've got a 95% perfect black tank, it seemed dumb to respray it, when if I can get this one repaired I can flog the other one Thumbs Up

For some reason, can't upload any pics. eek

Will post later,

SPal

Hi adamsdad

Yeah thats the scheme and I agree in the "flesh" if you like it works and looks really good whereas on paper it looked crap.

Oh well theres another £100 quid gone Laugh

Have to have a word with the opwder coat guy to see if he thinks powder or stove enamel finish would be better.

Need a perfect match with the paint for it to work.

Thanks

Spal

Quick update cause over last few months SP has taken priority:

Bought a new panel ( seat divider )
Bought complete set of wheel & carrier bearings (ready to do wheels)
Hope to have SP done by end of April so should be back on it.

Still on the lookout for most important bit - Top Front Fairing

If its any consolation, I'm now in the same boat, as when I eventually get round to doing my Blade, I'm going to have to go for the white wheels too Grin
