So i've bought myself this,,,

It say's somewhere it isnt fully waterproof,
so does anyone know if you can buy a clear
tank bag cover think

Yes. If it's anything like the Givi I have you'll find the rain cover inside, in a small plastic bag tied to the front of the bag.

Get a roll of large polythene garment covers such as this: https:// www.amazon.co.uk/Polythene-Garment-Covers-Cleaner-Bags/dp/B0 05YWM99Y/ref=sr_1_28?ie=UTF8&qid=1541543149&sr=8-28& amp;keywords=garment+cover
And a small roll of Scapa waterproof tape to tape it in place. The roll has a thousand uses on the road and the bags are so cheap you can just throw them away once the weather dries up.

Ah, for some unknown reason I just figured that a rain cover would be clear, obviously not smile .
