Fairly sure your using that old disk for your Macrium images of the C drive (backups). Just need to go in it and think there's a \Images\ folder and in there some large files.

Switch to detailed view and sort by date, find the oldest files and delete keeping at least 1 of the newer backups

for example, this is my PCs backups (on a NAS drive but same principle). The next time my Macrium runs a full backup (about 800GB), my NAS will be getting full so once thats complete, I'd then delete the files highlighted in yellow leaving my last 2 full backups and some incremental weekly backups

How much you have to delete or can leave depends on how big the next backup will be

decisions, decisions, so far have you need to goto the "old 500gb disk" folder to get anything as looks like almost a year since that was backed up?

same goes for he Win7 Old Image....thats now old, maybe that could be deleted.

That leaves enough space for 2 full backups and iirc Macrium should be able to be set when it makes a new backup, to retain just 2 keeping you good going forward?
