Please explain in detail since most people aren't telepaths.

Generally speaking all small post-2000 Honda engines use a 13mm gudgeon pin: it's a carryover from the upgrades to the CG125 for the 2000 model year. So the piston you have sounds just right.
Previously models used 15mm gudgeon pins. And this is where the troubles start.

Chinese copies of Honda engines use a 13mm gudgeon pin like the original articles and honestly all small four stroke I have seen use gudgeon pins in the 13-16mm range. There aren't a whole lot of sizes to pick from and 11mm just sounds "wrong". Smaller gudgeon pins, usually 10 or 12mm are normally found in older and smaller two stroke engines (Yamaha, Puch etc.).

Are you absolutely sure about measurements?
